1. EB Upgradation
    a. Liasoning with EB Department
    b. Self Execution Transformer and HT Line Extension Works.
             
2. Infra Upgradation
    a. Site Survey
    b. Preparation o layout sketch.
    c. Preparation of Material Request Note (MRN)
    d. Transportation, Installation & Commissioning.
    e. Offering quality acceptance.

O & M Activities undertaken 

    1. Operation, Monitoring and Maintenance of utilities at cell sites.
    2. Co-ordination with Fault Management Centres (FMC) for alarm clearance.
    3. Providing spare parts requirement to Engineer In-charge.
    4. Collecting EB Bills & filling diesel to DG Sets.
    5. Co-ordination with OEM or external maintenance agencies.
    6. Co-ordination with Electrical Inspectorate Department / MESCOM for Periodical Inspections.

Infrastructure held for the activities -

    1. Integrated software to keep-up the activities.
    2. Mobile DG facility incase of failure of both EB & DG at site.
    3. Self owned vehicles for diesel filling activities.
    4. Powerful team for smooth functioning and timely reporting.
    5. All activities monitored from well equipped Central Corporate Office
